What makes the Dust4Glory Challenge unique ?
The Klein Karoo Dust 4 Glory Challenge (D4G) is the premier obstacle course race (OCR) in the Garden Route and Klein Karoo region. Hosted at Wilgewandel Holiday Farm, its central location near Oudtshoorn makes it easily accessible from all major towns in the Western Cape.
Situated just 2 km from the Cango Caves, the event is surrounded by iconic attractions like the Cango Wildlife Ranch, Buffelsdrift Game Lodge, and the Swartberg Pass. This makes it the perfect weekend of adventure for:
- Families & Friends looking for outdoor fun.
- Corporate Teams seeking a unique team-building challenge.
- Scholars & Schools wanting an active group experience.
Whether you enter individually or as a team, all you need is a pair of running shoes and a spirit of adventure. Best of all, your participation helps support local charities, making every obstacle overcome a win for the community!
This year’s event will be part of the OFSA National Series. For athletes to qualify for national teams and/or win national medals, you have to be affiliated to a club an pay their fees.

D4G Mini
1-2km | 10 Obstacles
This event is for children 3-10 Years, non timed. Fun Obstacles. The children must be accompanied by an adult at all times through the course.
D4G Gr4&5
2-2.5km | 10 Obstacles
*NEW*
Designed for learners ages 10-11 (Grade 4&5). A fun yet challenging course to build teamwork and confidence, featuring a variety of age-appropriate obstacles.
D4G Gr6&7
3km | 10 Obstacles
Specially designed for Grade 6-7 learners (ages 11-13). A fun yet challenging course to build teamwork and confidence.
D4G Medium
5 km | 10 Obstacles | 2 Water Points
14 years and older. This shortest obstacle course is more fun, but still challenging. Anyone can participate. Consist of climbing, crawling, water and mud.
D4G Pro
10/12km | 20 Obstacles and more | 2 Water Points
19 Years and older. This Challenge consists of water, mud, carrying and dragging heavy objects for set distances.
